When the broker dealers are not locating anything, here is what we see; from Mondays trade prevailing systems continue thier largesse. the broker dealers are quickly emerging as the weakest link, executing orders outside the box.....running two sets of books, under the rules for disconnect Supply and demand.

BUYINS.NET, www.buyins.net, has reviewed the NASDAQ Daily Short Volume Report for Monday, October 12th, 2009 and come to the following statistical conclusions. There were 6,705 stocks with daily short volume reported and total NASDAQ trading volume of 1,240,168,455 shares. Total Daily Short Volume was 615,765,363 shares. 49.65% of all trading on the NASDAQ Monday was short selling
