Thought of the day...... If wind is the earth's mechanism to distribute heat around the globe and we put wind turbines in the windiest places, thus dissipating and converting the energy, will it have an environmental impact? Could these wind farms contribute to the desertification of the planet? or Could they do the opposite and greenify our deserts? would this be a good thing or a bad thing? the point is, do we really know what the environmental impact of these green energy sources is? I think we need to do some extensive studies to determine if we are harming the environment in some unsuspected way. It should only take 20 years or so to complete the study.
