(OTC Bulleting Board: HTLJ), a diversified company with businesses in steel warehousing and fabrication and petroleum retail and wholesale operations, today announced that Mound Technologies, its steel fabrication subsidiary, has received a letter of intent to furnish and install the fabricated steel for a new Regional Training Institute for the Army National Guard. The total value of the contract is approximately $1,500,000.
