No, even if you assume that a zygote, embryo, or fetus is not a human or a person and has, and should have no rights as such, we still would not be talking about the rights of DNA or the rights of an ova. In purely technical terms we would be talking about a embryo or fetus, since that is the stage at which abortions happen. Beyond purely technical terms we would be talking about the rights of humans in the earliest stages of development.
