I have been a die hard Dell fan and have purchased for myself and clients probably 50 or so computers. I recently purchased a new laptop for personal use and that will be my last Dell. Upon arrival my internal wireless LAN card would not communicate with my wireless router. I called support and they wanted me to open the box and reinsert the card. I refused and they sent out a tech next day who replaced the dead card.

I ordered and paid for a users manual. With the computer they sent me a 4 page installation manual. When I complained they told me to go on line and print the manual because they were going green. That's a good one. Using my paper and ink makes them green???

The touch pad is slow and sluggish regardless of all the adjustments I have tried. Have not called support on this one, but expect I'll get a "tech" reading solutions from a computer screen.

No more Dell for me or my clients. I see where Acer surpassed them to the #2 spot, and if they keep this up b4 long they'll be out of the top 5. Where's the old Michael Dell???
