The part about controlling birth and who can and can't have children has historical precedent. Look at China. It is indeed plausible that this is an ultimate goal. Cass Sunstein is a believer in such things and he has 'bam's ear. It is not fact, but it is not a lie, it is an opinion based on appearances. It is not just Cass Sunstein. John Holden is also a fan of eugenics. Zeke Emanuel wants to deny health care to those who are unlikely to ever contribute to society again. Whatever the quote or joke it is only funny because it is so close to the truth. If Obama wanted to provide medical care rather than death panels he wouldn't surround himself with people who want to kill the elderly.
