'I'd expect parts of other overbuilt bubble areas to fall into permanent ghost-town status'

I doubt that if in desireable places people want to live in. There was a reason they overbuilt in these sunbelt exhurbs and not Detroit or Toledo. The only things I see becoming ghost towns beside rust belt ghettos are internet message boards preoccupied with stocks and housing crashes..You'll all be fleeced when all is said and done..I just hope Goldman and the Wall Street mafia do their time.. I thank them, Bush's ownership society, RE speculators and housing permabears for the incredible opportunities out there these days..It took five damn years but was worth the wait..
