Hi-
I think the US and the central bankers around the world have tried
to create jobs the only way they knew how to by creating low interest
rates..(then they call it higher productivity while others would call it lower debt costs and lower worker benefits and longer hours and less time to spend)...the conspiracy to keep gold down wasn't some wicked plot but just a means of doing it...I would have preferred for natural forces to do the work.
.whenever one manipulates the market place a lot of
other things go wrong...(reminds me of going to the doctor..fixes
one thing and possibly destroys another)..
now it appears we are heading down the path of deflation..and I don't
think there are too many rabbits left to pull out of the hat..
the hedge funds might go after some Latin American currencies but hopefully that party is almost over..
but what happens if we are headed down the path of deflation and there
is a real oil crisis..water and oil don't mix...deflation and a spike
in oil prices don't mix...any thoughts?
also this latest crash in the stock market makes me think that people
are more apt to go out and spend some money rather than put it all
in the market..reverse psychology so I could see a bit of a pickup
in spending..we might see some weird numbers ahead..
just thoughts
(ps this adminstration inadvertently appears to have greatly favored
the rich and greatly trashed the middle class but has created a lot of
off the book jobs for the poor taking care of the needs of the two
worker families who have no time except to work)
