Regarding PMI,got a letter back from my lender and they only reqire LTV of 80%, which means appreciation around here by late next spring should do the trick, and I can save my cash for stocks on dips, he he. I suppose I could have read my loan contract/documentation, but writing Mellon Mortgage was faster, and now I have something on paper.
