Our assessment went down this year, but I haven't learned if they're going to raise the rate yet. I fully expect they will.

I really liked the little house, but the cost per sq ft was outrageous. It wasn't THAT special. What was special was the school district.

As it is, he'll probably have to buy 30-40 miles from his workplace and his family.
