Could be possible federal charges as well for interfering with air traffic.

Fox News show ran clips a few days ago from the family's appearance on "Wife Swap." From the look of it, dad's got a nasty temper and could be somewhat unstable.

I wouldn't be surprised if Child Protective Services removes the kids from the home later this week.
