Easy to make that accusation, since they share a similar hatred for Iran's government.

But I would wager it's an operation of the Pakistani ISI. They certainly wouldn't permit the US to conduct such covert training/support operations on their territory.

And even covert support for them would likely create a "blowback" scenario, so I highly doubt there is direct US involvement.

But that said, I could see us turning a blind eye to it. So long as they contain their attacks to Iranian targets and not the US.
