actually... I am of that age. and I called them like you did. my response was 'pretty vacant'. I never got them. I still don't. and they bred something even more 'wanting'. I'm not sure where we go from here. you are not wrong. I always stood outside my generation and scratched my head, at least there were others with me, even if we were too small in numbers to define the generation. I dunno what was up with them. pretty vacant. :)
