PHL ANNOUNCED THEIR QT. EARNINGS @ .23 CENTS PER SHARE VERSUS .18 CENTS SAME QT. LAST YEAR. SOUNDS GOOD, HOWEVER THEY MISSED THE STREET ESTIMATE BY ONE CENT. THIS COULD PROVE NEG. ON THE STOCK PRICE. tHEY MISSED, I BELIEVE LAST QT. AND THE STOCK RETREATED.
