Talked to Ted Mayer today.... Said that everything was fine and June, July revenue was great... No specific numbers though...everything is on line for at least a $100 million year.... KPMG started the audit a little late (i didn't ask why) and then i asked about when it would be finished...he said by 9/30 at the latest....That is when it is due at the SEC in Washington D.C. It will also be available on Edgar about the same day for our perusal.... He stated that operating pre tax profit should most likely be in the 15% range for quarters to come...he wasn't sure about this one and what the audit would state...... There are enough business companies to keep things going for a while (ie, don't need to search for any residential customers)... The 3rd switch should be on line sometime between November and january....we talked about he delay and why the switch wasn't up... Needless to say, the delay is in our best interest.... He was having a great day it seemed and we talked for a while.... We didn;t mention anything about the stock price...didn't feel necessary because they are doing things fine... This is definitely a stock for the strong hearted..... IF things are weird still by the 10/25 EPS release then i';ll rethink things...but until then.... Have a good one, Roger
