It pays to have lots of oil but what will happen when the oil runs out? LOL. It has nothing to do with oil you fool. It is because Texas offers a better business climate than CA. Hell, anyone in his right mind would rather live in SFO than DFW or Austin -- all things being equal. But all things aren't equal. The jobs situation in TX is better than CA because TX knows how to encourage employers to locate there.
