Sandra, I would not anticipate much on the 3rd Q earnings front. Indication has been that old inventory was reduced to move. The fourth quarter may not be so hot either. All this said, I think '98 may be explosive. People will be watching for more significant OEM deals and other indications that Netva is "happening". It may be this news that spikes the stock up and earnings that may hold it down. Once earning are in the black Netva will easily move to earlier stated analyst targets. You also have lurking a buyout by one OEM who need Netva's product and sees a clear disadvantage in sharing it with the other OEMs. ARDEE
