Tonight, I'd like to welcome the more earnest start of the inflationary depression as commercial and residential real estate prepare to make their next leg down, and energy and commodity costs get ready to go higher still. As I've been writing on my blog, I think 100 dollar oil and 15% unemployment in California will finally, finally get the message across to Americans that we're not in Kansas anymore. G
