I am concern that mgt is not capable of getting the most from this drug. Some of the concerns are maybe superficial like the way Cohen answers Q&As. An example is people are asking questions that make sense and Cohen is frequently not sure what people are asking. Well, if he knows what are the major concerns out there, he wouldn't be acting that way. All I can say is if he doesn't get his share price up above mid30s, he is going to be picked off. Couple of random thoughts. Director Bob Temple of the FDA made an interesting comment about limiting the compounded product. There is a small small window of opportunity for the FDA to do that, maybe with more work from ACOR and outside events. ACOR has filed for a patent re: the responder analysis used in the phase 3s. IF the patent is going to be allowed, it should be within the next year or so given it was filed in 05(?). It will be interesting how this possible patent would cross with the Sanofi trial of the competing product because their phase 3 has not yet started and will likely use something similar to ACOR's responder analysis. Next couple of events are FDA decision and product pricing. I have been traveling on and off for the last 2 months, all over the place, talking and listening. I have been disappointed with Obama's work and I hope all the work that I/others did to get him elected was not a big mistake. There is always the nagging thought that our problems are too big for any normal person. I Still can't believe he got the peace prize. Unbelievable. In a strange way, I feel almost the same now with all the ass kissing of Obama as I did when people were stomping G.W. flat. Just not right. Oh, thanks for the heads up.
