Disingenuous, as usual.

85%+ of the deficit is on Bush. That's fact.

If one looks at why the deficit was lower than projected a few months ago, a significant portion of it was a recovery of TARP funds that Bush, NOT Obama, advanced.

Bull shit. Bush didn't even have an operable plan for TARP. He was a deer in the headlights as his policy brought down the banking system.

Rewriting history.... again.
