The average doctor is PO. They see that after all their sacrifice, study, long hours and hard work, they see younger people, with far less effort, making obscene amounts of money, buying vacation homes, yachts, and private air travel. In comparison, many doctors feel cheated when in fact they are only making $400/500k each year.

Where did you get this idea? I've never heard a doctor complain about anything like this. What evidence do you have there is this animosity you suggest?

I'm sure physicians, like the rest of us, recognize that some people make more money than others and the do so because they fell ass-backwards into it.

Do you think Van Cliburn is pissed because Elton John made more money than Cliburn did? Elton is great, but he never ranked with Van Cliburn as a pianist.

I just don't see it amongst ordinary people (I have no doubt Olbermann is jealous of Limbaugh, however).
