Hello folks, I have been watching this from arms length for a long time. Just decided today to sign up with the action that is ongoing. I did have quite a few shares but got sick of the failings of this company and set a target date and sale value that popped the end Aug start of Sept. I have not had a chance to go over what the law firm has submitted so can anyone send me a link that details what was filed. I certainly hope they have included the BOD members in the action, and I would suggest that they look even farther back at VRS financials, they should never have been valued as high as they were. VRS was a ragtag group running the company out of a shoe box until they bought Med-Eng and then failed to capitalize on the extensive order backlog and structure that they bought. Just my opinion but look back at that deal and you will see a huge backlog that Med-Eng had; a better question is how have they managed to spend so much money over this period of time.
