Does this smack of desperation or what? * Florida Republicans have found a credible challenger for Rep. Alan Grayson (D), but it will require a significant change of address. Ken Miller had already announced that he was taking on Rep. Suzanne Kosmas (D-Fla.), but has now decided to move so that he can run against Grayson.
