Galway grants options to buy 3.7 million 84-cent shares 2009-10-09 14:12 MT - Options Proposed Mr. Robert Hinchcliffe reports GALWAY AWARDS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS Galway Resources Ltd. has awarded a total of 3.7 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, consultants and employees of the company. The options are exercisable at 84 cents expiring on Oct. 9, 2014. The grant of options is in compliance with the terms of the company's stock option plan and remains subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
