I am not a shareholder but I have been following this story since this board was started. I have read most of every post. You wrote "Versa is buying the existing VRS corporation" and this is simply not true in my opinion. And I have lots of experience in matters like this and I am a Canadian. The shareholders own the corporation and the directors are screwing you folks out of the assets of said corporation. Therefore the the new deal, if it flies, denies the shareholders any value so it follows that the old corporation will have no assets. Versa will have to set up a new corporate entity. I understand what is happening and believe the lawyers have a good chance of killing the deal. Good luck to you all.
