Lots of stupid mistakes.

When my wife had a hysterectomy the guy handing out meds gave her the laxative that belonged to the guy in the next room. There were serious consequences of that.

I looked into suing, but the first attorney I talked to had a conflict of interest with the hospital and couldn't represent us. I should have pressed it further because there's been long term problems.
