My views on harder drugs are a little less well defined.


Hard to find where the line is to cross. Coke? Some people have used it all their lives and paid a price for it. Johnny Carson had to have several operations on his nose. I think he died prematurely and probably because of his coke use. In some circles, coke usage is acceptable, even socially.

Meth, crack, crank and that ilk are so addictive that the person's life is severely compromised. Still, it's too easy to get those drugs that making them illegal promotes crime - usually violent crime.

Glad it's not my decision to make.
