If anyone here take's Mr. Luxton's and/or Ms. Preston's carefully crafted press releases or SEDAR filings at face value, you deserve the lump of coal you will find in your stocking on or about Christmas eve. For some insight into how this deal will unfold, conduct your own diligence into previous Versa deals and form your OWN opinion. Say what we may about Lanky Dave, Versa is not a team of amateurs. If they continue to thread their needle properly, they will get AV at an obscenely cheap price.
