Looking for a problem. Watching the stock get hammered, I have been wondering if 1) there is a substantive reason and 2) whether the consensus theory on this board that it's manipulation by shorting is missing something. Using a very cursory / high-level S.W.O.T. analysis for a small company, a potential problem is the age / health of Dr. Goldenberg and the importance of his active involvement over the next several years to the company's success. I would appreciate hearing facts from anyone who knows how he's doing, how involved he is in the day-to-day, and if succession planning is in place.
