Those two are only analagous in your mind. The depression also started on Bush's watch. He authorized the 700 billion no strings attached to Wall street, while pissing on the middle clas. 182 billion to AIG and 10's of billions ot goldman Sach's. Paulson was the presdient of goldman Sachs and bush helped him to let the bansk steal hundreds of billions of dollars from us. Obama was not president for several months after Bush and Paulson had already raped our country. Though I do blame Obama for not enacting a more substantive stimulous package and not running loans to the banks through the middle class via help with mortgages. As Stiglitz suggested. Not admiting 9/11 was Bush's fault is just making excuses for him. If 9/11 had happened on Clintons watch we would have never heard the end of it from the right wing.
