Dave has wriggled and squirmed, but there's just really NO WAY that he can claim 9/11 didn't happen on W's watch, when it was W's responsibility to protect us. Like Condi, he claims that the PDB entitled, "bin Laden determined to Attack Within the US" didn't contain any "actionable" intelligence! Condi claimed it was because bin Laden hadn't been obliging enough to name his targets and reveal his schedule. Is this what DAVE means?
