First Look at Earnings:

1. Boy did they stink up the joint. Our projections were for loss of $5 million and once again Zitl exceeded our pessimistic assumptions of its business.

2. Zitl as a going concern is a real issue now.

3. The two big surprises were the decision not to increase liquidity by 1 million shares and the tanking of the newly acquired companies.

I am going to pull the numbers apart this weekend but I, for one do not believe they will make it. I now think the stock has no value at all. Would hope that you could take a hard look at the numbers as well and compare notes early next week.
