All I can imagine is that no one wants to hold onto this a whole quarter waiting for stronger earnings NEXT quarter. There's all sorts of money to be made in the meantime.

I suppose if we get a real jump (to what I'd suspect is 10-12), it's not going to be until Jan-Feb, and they figure they can come aboard then.
