It's called "air supply" ... INTC can tighten or loosen the grip. AMD won't be able to compete on the high-end for some time AND that might slip due to process delays at GloFo.

Could be but why not finish them off for good? Jack made the case that Intel is keeping AMD around for anti-trust reasons. Hasn't done them much good from what I can see. After the way AMD has behaved I'd offer them no mercy.
