Slider, what your take on $POG lately? consolidation after a breakout, or a distributive intermediate top that should be sold over the next few weeks?

I was looking at the Privateer's LT chart which points to a reverse H&S indicating approx $1300, but this weekly chart, with RSI bumping up against 70, suggest taking 20% off the table soon may be prudent:
