We all suffer in our own way. I'd put on a show for the sake of everyone else, and probably not drink myself silly since I really don't care for alcohol all that much, but I'd still be dieing inside. My in laws handled it quite well, and never showed any outward signs of sorrow or misery at the loss of their boy. They were really neat people. I'm not sure why my Mom was so bitter, but I have some ideas about that. She didn't have a very nice Mother.
