Hello RJA, GM and Saturn build better quality than they are given credit for. My concern has always been the structure and management. Just one year ago GM was my biggest customer, but next year they will be a significantly lower percentage of my total for North America. The company I work for can supply BYD. This would be handled by my counterpart in the East. Within his region, his China team is the strongest and I would not be surprised if they have not already approached them. As I recently commented on this new Chinese electric vehicle, the claim has to be proven by a third party. I know how much GM struggled with the Volt to get a 40-50 mile range between charges, so the BYD performance, if true, would be a tremendous blow to GM. I am looking forward to more information on the BYD E6. GT TH
