Perhaps, but by your definition, and others, this happens so often I doubt it would surprise the market much. Regardless, I am looking for an exit in that time frame depending on market conditions and based on fundamentals.

I agree, but I think there is more fat to be trimmed elsewhere. Besides, my comment was focused on process vs design. They have no new designs in the pipeline. However, note that one of my previous posts ended with "Otherwise, when you can't innovate, make what you got cheaper to make." 32nm will help to achieve this, but I am dubious that any production cost advantage from 32nm will overcome price reductions resulting from increase competition from Intel pushing current i7xx/5xx process lines.
