Skeeter: Get a new broker. Try Mikey. I like his advise and Due Dilly. I use Interquote for real time. I can see bids and asks that are in Instinet or Selectnet. Many bid/ask prices start to change as early as 7:30 or 8:00 am. That is from people putting in orders before the bell (probably before they go to work). You are showing a great lack of knowledge.
