JOE sounds like you are a Schwab representative. You would think you had something to lose from a law suit against Schwab. Just exactly what is your position.

Schwab customers pay 3 times the amount of other discounts broker. They expected Schwab to handle the volume better. When traders can't access their money period someone is in clear violation of their contract. I saw a commercial on CNBC yesterday for Schwab stating exactly what I said that they can provide better service on heavy volume days. They had the gall to show a trader not being able to access his broker. So he should call Schwab HAA. Any actions whatever they cost are to have Schwab accept the responsibility of their contract not blame the customers phone service for internet provider their own E- trade programs failed tremendously. The only whining here is from you Joe.
