If only I had bought a Toyota Corolla for $1,500 more than I paid for that Saturn, it would still be on the road and would never have had any of those repairs.

Repair costs for any brand of car are out of sight these days therefore my car buying choice rests entirely on Consumer Reports repair records. These records are compiled from a yearly questionnaire CR sends out to their subscribers. Toyota scores very high so that's what I buy.
