so, I've been thinking.....Obama is pretty much deadset on creating another bubble. Let's call this bubble the Green Bubble. I am positive that it is going to happen. And I think that we all know that this bubble is about transferring wealth....our wealth, through taxes. So it is unavoidable. So how do we offset it? I think we don't have a choice but to play the bubble and be diligent in jumping ship at the first sign of a top. I think we've probably got a three year window in front of us. And just taking a gander at the threads on SI, everyone is looking down.

Obviously Solar and Wind companies are going to be an angle, but so will Smart Grid stuff. Obama is also deadset on providing the internet to everyone who doesn't already have it.

So, what are some of the plays?
Solar:
STP
JASO
SPWRA

SmartGrid/Automated Meter Reading
ITRI
BMI
ELON
GE

I'm not endorsing any of those stocks. I am just trying to identify possible plays going forward.

One that I really do like that wouldn't be part of the intentional bubble is NWS. Newscorp owns Fox...of course, but they also own MySpace. I don't see much downside for NWS in the next 3 years. I expect that they are going to get bigger and bigger.

anybody have any other ideas?
