Initial production is scheduled (according to your post) 12 months from now.

They're in "step 3"

OTOH, schedules have a way of slipping and press releases can be misleading.

For 45nm they had to integrate in immersion lithography, which made it a tough node to bring to production. 32nm should be less trouble.

They reported 45nm SRAM in January of 2006 and 45nm parts were on shelves and shipping in products by January of 2009.

They reported 32nm SRAM in December of 2007 electronicdesign.com which would put parts on shelves by December of 2010.
