Eric,

Thank you for your response to this question. Since your authority seems to be the prosecution of an Officer of a Corporation in a scheme to defraud, your cite of comparison might erroneously be read to be an indictment of the Corporate Officers of Copytele in a similar scheme to defraud. I absolutely know that was not your intention. However, if this isn't your intention, what is?
