That's what this argument is about.

Obama has made the claim that preventive care saves money. It does not, and he knows it and is intentionally misleading the American public with the claim.

Al has claimed, adamantly, that preventive care saves money. For months now I have been trying to explain it to him, that preventive care doesn't save money.

Maybe you can explain it to him.
