$32 is about where Oracle's stock (ORCL) was trading 10/28-29. (Over 35+ as I write this.)

It's not too far to speculate that the rumored "event" Apple Recon is alluding to is a one-for-one stock buyout of AAPL by ORCL.

For those who with cash to waste on a such a totally irresponsible speculation -- but one with obscene upside profits to the upside -- l suggest Nov '97 $20 calls for $.50.

For the record, I have absolutely *no* inside info on this event and I make absolutely make *no* prediction about whether or not it will come to pass.
