Yep, but I think the dollar is taken down the drain too this time, along with the T-bonds, and gold soars. Something about... bankruptcy of our country. Since when is soaring gold market friendly? This seems like a new paradigm lately. Deflation. Defaults. Gold goes down. Historically, gold goes up. It's the roaring stock bull and economic recovery that are not gold friendly.
