As soon as we start qualifying the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness...we dishonor them entirely. Humanity needs to have some inviolate principles if it is remain civilized and progressive. Giving "rights" to anything lacking thought dishonors all consciousness and all human existence. Only an entity with an "interest" can have a "right". Wine has no rights, sperm has no rights, eggs have no rights, door knobs have no rights.
