Chris, it's always the other guy that is selfish. Your house is under contract...profit is tax free. If they were hitting you with 20% you might be at the party. Not that you couldn't afford it but maybe you be a little POed what they were doing with your money. But with little skin in the game...it's easy for you to call them selfish. Now they want to mandate you pay health insurance premiums while exempting Unions and fed government workers. When all this hits you in the gut you'll change your tune. Don't tax you, don't tax me, tax the guy behind the tree.
