The highest purpose of the species is to survive by co-operation. Every once in a while you get what you call defectors, who opt out to undermine the process and overcome you. They are a piss off. But the world has to operate on a level of trust, or it won't get very far.

Did I send you the monogram on that stuff, the anti cancer anti-oxidant food list? I forget. Remind me if you got it. If not I will send it out. Lots of ways to defeat the big C. It helps to even out your diet and increase exercise. I think sunshine helps as does alpha linolenic acid and selenium that you find in hard wheat and shellfish/fish. I think it helps to cut out marinated foods, and salt as well. There are about 200 foods that have things in them that fight Cancer. Lots of phytochemicals, mushrooms, vegeatables. We don't eat enough forage.
